{UPDATE: Ms. Bartholomew is also giving medical information, without disclaiming that she is only authorized to do so in a couple of states, and then only under her license as an RN.}
Absent intent or authority as legal or medical advice. Presented as aid and encouragement under 42 USC 12203(b).
This tweet is a LIE. Ashley Bartholomew is an RN. She’s licensed in Texas and Florida, and she’s spreading LIES.
From the Texas license lookup:
Moderna’s website, https://investors.modernatx.com/news/news-details/2022/Moderna-Receives-Full-U.S.-FDA-Approval-for-COVID-19-Vaccine-Spikevax/default.aspx
Also tells this lie:
There is no disclaimer in this headline, and one has to look at the fine print. The fine print of the FDA “approval” letter (for licensing), and it does not appear yet that they are actually delivering this SPIKEVAX™ mRNA #ClotShot in the US. I called several pharmacies, and they still claim to be using the same Moderna vaccine as always, and had none that were labeled as “SPIKEVAX™”.
The FDA letter, found here: https://www.fda.gov/media/155815/download . says specifically: “We are deferring submission of your pediatric studies because the product is ready for approval for use in adults and the pediatric studies have not been completed.”
So, taking the headline above at face value could prove deadly. It is NOT approved for children, and if you go here: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/programs/iis/COVID-19-related-codes.html, you can search ALL the COVID vaccines exhaustively, and you will still be unable to find a COVID-19 vaccine that is “Approved for 5 and under”, as Ms. Bartholomew has dangerously and recklessly claimed.
Let’s be clear. If a parent takes Ms. Bartholomew’s words at face value, and gives an EUA (not “Approved) vaccine to their 5 or under year old child, then the adverse events are squarely laid at Ms. Bartholomew’s feet.
Ironically, Ms. Bartholomew is reported by MSNBC to have “quit her job” over misinformation, and SHE is the one spreading misinformation.
Ms. Bartholomew is a member of the No License for Disinformation team, which seems to be a pHARMA funded troll operation for anyone that questions or resists vaccines. It’s a propaganda machine, for sure.
I am filing a complaint against her Texas license:
https://txbn.boardsofnursing.org/complaint
Specifically for “Behaviors which likely expose a patient or other person unnecessarily to the risk of harm” (See highlighted portion below.
Here are some of the screen shots from my complaint.
BY THE WAY, her Texas License Number is 982710.
I worded the narrative of my complaint as follows:
On June 18, 2022, Ms. Bartholomew tweeted a tweet that contained the following disinformation, and claimed "First, the Covid vaccines are safe and effective and APPROVED for 5 and under!"
This information is reckless, incorrect, and exhibits Behavior which likely exposes a patient or other person unnecessarily to the risk of harm, by taking Ms. Bartholomew's words as a licensed RN at face value. There are no FDA "Approved" vaccines for "5 and under", as all of the options for "5 and under" that are available in the US are under Emergency Use Authorization. This could and potentially WILL cause risk of death or injury to children 5 and under whose parents believe Ms. Bartholomew.
I would like the ability to augment this complaint with a link to my article outlining the falsity of Ms. Bartholomew's statements.
Feel free to use this narrative, if you also file a complaint against her.
I used the tweet image used in this article (the original tweet shown above) as my supporting documentation, and I linked this article. Feel free to do the same.
Here is her publicly available licensing information from NURSYS, used under FAIR USE:
And now for her Florida Complaint: Her Florida License Number is RN9572756
The Florida Complaint form is downloadable by clicking HERE.
Here is the narrative I used in the Florida complaint:
On June 18, 2022, Ms. Bartholomew tweeted a tweet that contained the following disinformation, and claimed "First, the Covid vaccines are safe and effective and APPROVED for 5 and under!"
[See above for the actual link to the tweet. Substack wouldn’t let me post it without it imbedding.]
This information is reckless, incorrect, and exhibits Behavior which likely exposes a patient or other person unnecessarily to the risk of harm, by taking Ms. Bartholomew's words as a licensed RN at face value. Further, Ms. Bartholomew issued this statement online, with no disclaimer of any restriction, nor any notice that the statement was not issued as medical advice.
Any parent relying on Ms. Bartholomew’s statement, issued as a licensed RN, which results in such parent subsequently giving their 5 year old or younger child a COVID-19 vaccine that causes an adverse event including up to death, is squarely laid at Ms. Bartholomew’s feet.
Please discipline your licensee and/or revoke her license to practice.
I outline all of this at https://adarights.substack.com/p/misinformation-by-pharma-pushers
After adding my information to the above form, I emailed the completed and signed form to mqa.consumerservices@flhealth.gov
(Please feel free to use any or all of the narrative)
