Dr. Kathleen Mullane, DO, PharmD, who looks like the picture of health, says:
”How does an mRNA a vaccine work and how do we know that they're safe?
The mRNA vaccine platform mRNA or messenger RNA, vaccines teach the immune system to make memory cells.”
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a disability as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
Functions of the immune system, and normal cell growth are listed as major life activities in the ADA.
Irreversibly changing these major life activities to something other than how they were created, is, by operation, a substantial limitation, and thus a disability, as defined in the ADA.
And pHARMA, while they are immune from injuries their products cause in the US, because of the NCVIA (National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act), they are NOT immune from suits alleging discrimination on the basis of disability. The lawyers are all on hiatus on this matter…

You cannot discriminate on genetics grounds.
Here you go.
I would get panic attacks if I got an mRNA vaccine. Could I sue for discrimination against people with panic attacks?
