The Next Chapter of Advocacy
Doing, and teaching the federal court claims against state court judges
I’m going on 8 years of advocacy, and in 8 years, I’ve found two people willing to go into federal court and pursue remedy against state court judges.
That has to change. There are judges every day that violate the ADA, and other federal laws, while stomping on the rights of the disabled litigants in their courtrooms.
So, for my next trick, I’m going to be mostly focusing on pursuing claims against these fuckers and publishing my legal documents and pleadings. This way, others can follow.
Soon.

I've litigated 1983/1986 claims in NH against 2 Policy enforcers.
The retaliation is real.
