Gab has several models which they claim are totally uncensored, however last time I tried them they still maintains a degree of bias from their training. There's also "uncensored AI", which I've found similar faults with. As far as DeepSeek, it's open source and therefore auditable, and you can also find a number of instances being run within the US and elsewhere. Still, I wouldn't have any personal hesitation about using one run in China. That's an entirely different subject. I'd offer to debate you on whatever apprehensions or preconceptions you have on the matter, but in my experience, people are often reluctant to have certain of their beliefs challenged. Suffice to say, when you find yourself in perfect agreement with what the establishment is telling you, it may be time to challenge and re-evaluate those beliefs yourself.
