I don't know who the folks you're referring to are, all the vax injured I see are reciting the mantra "It would have been worse without the vaccine" until they are being lowered into an early grave.

I can only speculate but it comes back to out of the box thinking, "there is no spoon". Simone Gold is also an attorney, so will only go by how she was trained in LAw School, and Dr. Bowden has an attorney, so may have been adversely advised when presenting the ADA remedy
