A number of participants were seen wearing earpieces. Are you familiar with Ray Epps? He was the one who first suggested people "storm" the barricades (which were actually opened by capitol police). I can only speculate but it comes back to out of the box thinking, "there is no spoon". Simone Gold is also an attorney, so will only go by how she was trained in LAw School, and Dr. Bowden has an attorney, so may have been adversely advised when presenting the ADA remedy
