Jay, CPS just showed up at my house. I happened to remember printing off some copies of this a couple months ago. Handed the social worker this plus my public servant paperwork. She sat in her car for about 10 minutes then got out and said she couldn't fill out any of the forms without consulting her attorney. I informed her because she made contact with me I require the forms filled out and returned before we can continue.

CPS is populated half by vindictive meddlers, and half by indifferent burnouts looking to cover their own asses. I had my nose fractured by a group of thugs when I was 15, and my case worker belittled me, saying "Ohh, if it was broken, you'd know it". I'm pretty certain she was obligated to take me to a hospital on learning this, but that would have put a negative mark on her performance.

This is very well written and I think very well thought out.

This will go great with an acceptance of their oath of office to bind them to the performance to protect your rights as outlined in the bills of rights. I am happy to share an example for anyone who wants one.

Not all CPS workers are bad and uncaring people. Every profession has bad apples.
