Actually Jay I’m surprised “they” haven’t abolish the ADA completely given the state of our crumbling society lack of basic rights and the crime syndicates that run/own everything
All these judges are awful, but with regard to judges like Tobin specifically, the vast majority of Jews openly express that their allegiance is to their own people and the terrorist enclave known as "Israel,"* and many are dual-citizens. Their actions show they not only do not have "dual" loyalty, they have no loyalty to their host nation or her people whatsoever. No country should countenance a people with foreign allegiance in positions such as this.

Israel and Palestine are both being used as pawns in a bigger picture, in my opinion. I'd be okay with them settling this with a fight to the death. Again, just my opinion.
That's become a popular opinion since October 7th, along with it being none of our concern, and that we should only care about our country and our borders, and I can respect that. What it does, though, is rob the Palestinians of their agency, and let Israel off the hook for their barbarity. I'll link to a video at the end with regard to what actually happened on that day.
However, Israel is not a client State of the US empire, it is many other things, including a legal haven for criminal Jews fleeing their host nations- nations in which they are largely in control as a fifth column.
A noted WWII era historical figure had this to say- "When the Zionists try to make the rest of the world believe that the new national consciousness of the Jews will be satisfied by the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine, the Jews thereby adopt another means to dupe the simple-minded gentile. They have not the slightest intention of building up a Jewish state in Palestine so as to live in it. What they really are aiming at is to establish a central organization for their international swindling and cheating. As a sovereign state, this cannot be controlled by any of the other states. Therefore it can serve as a refuge for swindlers who have been found out and at the same time a high-school for the training of other swindler"
