Tomorrow, I will see the remaining kids off to live with their siblings in Oregon. The trans/woke cult mentality has them. While, at the moment, I’m okay with just walking through my feelings on this, there is a part of me that is sad, angry, lost, anguished, and capsized.
Despite beliefs and ideals, regardless of whether they are supported/rejected by science or not, I don't see them as being reasons to disown and/or neglect a safe and loving parent. American values, what little we have had, seem to move further away. As always, Big Big Love to you. 🙏❤️
The system's tactics to usurp parental authority and influence are such that you really have to instill resistance to it from a very early age. It's not a failure, it's a war we never even knew we were in until it was too late. It takes a strong and conscious sense of intellectual integrity for an individual to reject the lies of the system, and it is still done in steps, not all at once. Hopefully they will come around before doing permanent damage.
People are down on Portland, and we do have our problems, but this madness was brought with the California transplants. Before we were besieged by them, it was just a lovely and slightly quirky place, with plenty of space on the highways.
