Disgusting. And she'll turn around and lecture people about how she's unfairly treated as a Latino lesbian.

Jay your incite and public declarations on the impropriety of this ADA “discrimination” by a sitting female Judge is beyond any reasonable doubt.

From what I heard the ignorance of this female Judge on disability discrimination and the ADA laws prohibiting such discrimination should be undeniable.

The Irony here is that this Judge has called for an investigation into herself and her conduct.

The State of Texas, its judicial authorities, its bar, their governances, the investigations both state and federal should identify “her misconduct” in the violation of the ADA toward the acknowledged “Special Needs” individual.

I would agree with you that this conduct from the female Judge appears beyond doubt to demonstrate a judicial bias and impropriety.

As to the threatened claim that criminal charges are being pursued against you, it is obvious that she wants to chill your free speech and shut you up!

Truth is an absolute defense to a claim of defamation in Ohio. What have you factually stated that was not true?

Remove all biting cuss words and F—- language from your video, which emphasize your passions in the battle against ADA discrimination, and one is left with the abject TRUTH that this “special needs” human being has been subjected to an egregious tyranny of a judicial quality.

This form of judicial display is special and, in my opinion, often considered a display of dominance of the female Judge over her subordinates or subjects, what may be termed “King or god syndrome”.

I wish you hadn’t told her to get F—- in the non-threatening manner that you chose to do as she obviously has thin skin on who seemingly can dish it out but can’t take it to be criticized.

A tyrant with judicial power violating law in such a discriminatory manner as you have demonstrated in this video commits “An abuse of discretion” by such behavior. The investigation of her behavior and conduct may result in sanctions for violation of judicial ethics which you may not be familiar with and her conduct while protected by the doctrine of absolute judicial immunity, such conduct is not protected under the ADA. If the civil rights of the retarded citizen “(special needs)” person have been violated, then the perpetrator and those in aid to the perpetration of such violation may be exposed to liability.

It is not just the Judge who has demonstrated a culpability by the video, the prosecutor did nothing to protect and preserve the dignity of the courtroom nor the proceedings. He has a duty to seek justice not simply to prevail.

Was he too unaware of the ADA and how it applies? All of this too is properly subject to investigation and consequences.

Lastly, the courage you display in seeking to point out this particular incident and how the ADA has been violated by the Judge is to be noted. Those involved in the investigation should study both sides of the issues involved herein discussed, including Abuse of Process tort, Civil Rights violations, Retaliation torts, Public Policy and Judicial Improprieties.

All involved have issues but as part of the human family made in God’s image, we need to learn to live together in peace and harmony. Learn to do better, forgive each other and repent. Perhaps the Judge was having a bad day and under enormous stress as opposed to just being a man hating rabid bitch? Let’s allow the investigation to run its course and allow for the possibility that errors can be corrected amicably. Thank you Jay for your ADA Advocacy. You are a treasure and a friend of the disabled.

Look up "shock induction". Most people are in a trance, watching the dance of tyranny without any way to snap out of it. Frank Farrelly - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Farrelly is another pioneer in the ridiculous to get a point across.

My mentor in 2013 introduced me to this in a very disturbing way. I was in a seminar, and this guy (the mentor who I had never met at this point) gets up and every other word out of his mouth was something this Baptist raised guy had never been subjected to.

I had a choice. I could leave - offended, or I could stay and listen to what he was saying.

No one knew me there. It was my ego telling me I shouldn't be listening to this stream of expletives and vulgar language.

But, I stayed, and the rest is history. I met a strongly wrapped persona around a guy who, inside, was a genuine human with a great heart, and he taught me much in the time I was with him. Because I stayed, I heard what he was saying. There's much more to this dynamic than I'm spilling here, but if someone is "offended" it is a time saver for me. It is efficient to get those peeps out of the way, so that the message can be heard by those who really just want the message and can either relax with, or disregard the cursing as inconsequential.

I've embraced the role of the fool, and so, here I am.
